a comfortable stay
comfortable room daily cleaning stocked fridge close station
The room had two double beds and it was comfortable. housekeeping cleaned it daily. the fridge had complimentary drinks and they were restocked. the nearest subway station was very close. This made getting around simple.
the shower head had slow water flow.

the location is excellent. the metro station is a short walk. various bus lines are near. restaurants are also within easy reach from the hotel.

Acceptable stay NEAR the philharmonie
helpful staff needed equipment clean room broken heating
The staff tried to help AS good as possible. The room included all the needed equipment. I found the hotel well-positioned in the city, ALLOWING convenient access to various locations within half an hour.
The hotel room was not very clean, which bothered me. The sheets weren't changed daily. the heating did not work, and we relied on a separate utility in our room since the AC only produced cold air.

charming surprise near la villette!
excellent breakfast necessary amenities smooth arrival
The breakfast was indeed excellent, i found a great variety of options. the room was spacious enough for my needs and included all necessary amenities. i was pleased to discover parking was available. This made arrival very smooth.
the carpet in my room felt a bit grubby, i felt it needed a deep clean, though the rest of the room was clean.

parking was convenient for those driving. the hotel offers a functional gym, and a business center, though i did not use it, seemed well-equipped. a 24-hour front desk provided constant assistance.

The hotel had good proximity to public transport. A metro station was very close. the philharmonie de la villette was also just a short distance. this location allowed easy access to various attractions.

well located hotel
early check-in breakfast option friendly staff
the hotel is near the zenith arena, a short walk. i found the room quiet and away from street noise. the reception staff allowed me to check in early because of my concert. the breakfast was good, with varied options.
the air conditioning was not functional and i did not receive an adequate solution. i was offered ice cubes as a substitute. this was insufficient for a comfortable sleep.

the staff demonstrated politeness and readiness to assist guests. front desk was available 24 hours a day, providing continuous support. the staff's helpfulness greatly contributed to a smooth experience.
